About
Although there are many other desert golf courses in the Phoenix area, Apache Creek Golf Club offers one challenging championship course that requires the use of every club. The golf course features wide open fairways and undulating greens that are sloped back to front, some are also double-tiered. There are also numerous sand and grass bunkers protecting the fairways and greens. Extensive mounding on the course cause uneven lies and water hazards come into play on a few holes. The most difficult of the several demanding holes on this golf course, is the lengthy par-5, 10th hole. Apache Creek Golf Club also boasts two practice greens, a pitching and chipping green with a sand trap, and a large driving range with various targets.

Fun to play
Fun to play and easy to finish in the time expected.
Great greens and Bunkers
Great greens and chipping and bunkers , good as any short game test out there , will be back .
GREAT IMPROVEMENT
I use to go to Apache creek because it was cheap to play, but the fairways had some large bare spots ant the greens were slow and bumpy, NOW the fairways look GREAT and the greens are faster ( 10 - 11 stemp ) and roll true.GREAT IMPROVEMENT!!!
League Tune-up
Starting league play next week, so golfed course in prep. Course greens were excellent , looked like artificial turf! Fairways were very good. This is a flat desert course so if you're off the fairway you're in desert. I usually bring an old club to play from there. Course value is good, no holdups, and one of lower priced courses for this time of the year.
Rude thieving staff
I went there on Sunday 11/5/23 and I never met a rider staff. They acted like they weee doing me a favor for being there. The pro shop, the bar and grounds crew are terrible at customer service. If you leave anything behind they will steal it. Just because somebody left something in the cart, doesn’t make it yours.
Sunny day of golf
The course is nice and green. Fairways are in great shape. Greens are rolling perfect.
Bermuda fairways, Winter Pricing?!
Decent conditions if it were summer, but we were quite surprised by their "winter" conditions, The fairways were not overseeded and are completely Bermuda though pricing was at the early winter rates. Not sure how long this course will be playable once the Bermuda goes dormant....be aware!

Very nice staff in the clubhouse was very friendly Golf course was in good condition the greens were very nice the starter was a very friendly young man they even gave us water Blessings of blessings on your golf journey

Nice course with great views of the superstition mountains. All the staff members were very nice and Sara on the cart went out of her way to take care of us.

I liked the course being the first time going out this year. If you aren't on the fairway you are in the desert. Very open course and would golf here again.
Nice course just behind schedule
Started off 25 minutes late from our tee time and waiting on every shot. Very slow play that day and took around 5 hours for 18 holes. I would play it again.
