About
The North Course is one of two courses at Granite Falls Golf Club, the other naturally being the South Course. The North Course was built on a rolling, hilly terrain with stately trees and abundant shrubbery. Although the fairways are quite generous, they are undulating and surrounded by sand traps. There is also extensive mounding and bunkering, both grass and sand, to provide more challenge. Water hazards come into play on 10 holes. Many holes have beautiful mountain backdrops, creating a scenic environment for the game. The course has four sets of tees, making it accessible to all skill levels. Granite Falls Golf Club, in addition to the two golf courses, also features a grass driving range with target areas, two putting greens, and a short game area with a practice bunker.

The course was recently aerated.
Usually this is a five Star golf course, however we played at a time when the course was under annual maintenance and therefore the greens, bunkers and fairways were the worst we’ve ever experienced.
Nonetheless, still a good value!
Beautiful Course
My girlfriend and I played this course for the first time last Sunday. The fairways and the greens were immaculate and absolutely gorgeous. The staff was very friendly. We tee’d off at 2:10 and had the whole course to ourselves. We are going to play this course again on Sunday. One of my faves. We paid $22 each which was such a great bargain for such a beautiful course.
Can"t beat this course
Great course...played in just over 2 3/4 hrs....some thin spots in the fairways but it was 110*...greens were fine...staff VERY friendly ...just a great time
Course Conditions
Greens had just been punched & sanded as of late so had to deal with that but for the most part the greens weren't to bad. Tee blocks & fairways where nice Sandtraps where hit and miss, for the most part they where in good shape with sand. I'll play here again
Summer golf in Arizona
When summer hits and the snowbirds are gone, I get to play the courses at Sun City Grand. It is something that I look so forward to every year. Wide open, few, hazards, nice greens and great pace of play. Highly recommend for any level of golfer. If you don't play these courses, it's something you will regret.

Nice but needs work!
Course has quite a few bare spots in the fairways and on the greens. Not quite as lush as the past few times I have played.
Challenging course but be prepared to move your drives to a patch of green. Greens are rough and spotty.
Beautiful course and in great shape. Greens were fast, a little hard but true. I will definitely be back!
Fair challenge for the money...
Played SCG Granite Falls North golf course today on a "hot deal". Course condition was fair. Greens were bare, but putted true and were extremely fast. Pace of play was excellent as we had the course to ourselves. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Overall, a good value for the money!
Sun City Grand
The four golf courses offered by being a resident of Sun City Grand are beautiful and in excellent condition.

Last of summer
As is the case every fall in AZ it's time to over seed. Course was going through the annual prep so expectations were low. Poor on course service No drink cart and every hole had 2 sometimes 3 groups. Unbelievable.
Wrong time of year.
Greens just punched and putted terribly. Fairways cut down, dry, and full of clippings.. Value as played about $20. Paid about $50!
